Front Sales Executive

Nestech Studio is seeking a highly motivated Front Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a confident, driven individual passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will manage a sales team of five, actively generating and qualifying leads, contacting potential clients, presenting services, and closing deals to contribute directly to the companys growth and success. This position operates on-site with a night shift schedule at our Karachi location. As a Front Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales initiatives, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to deal closure. You will leverage your expertise in customer relationship management, sales negotiation, and product knowledge to exceed targets and foster long-term partnerships. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, persistent follow-up abilities, and a results-oriented approach to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities
 

• Generate and qualify potential sales leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Reach out proactively to prospective clients through calls and meetings.
• Effectively present Nestech Studios products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales deals successfully.
• Collaborate with team members and manage a small sales team of 5 individuals to achieve collective sales goals.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture leads and guide them through the sales process.
• Document client interactions and sales activities in the customer relationship management system for accurate record-keeping.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to proactively respond to market changes.
• Work night shifts onsite at the Karachi location as per company requirements.
• Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
