Senior Executive – Ocean Export Sales & Operations

The Senior Executive Ocean Export Sales & Operations at ATC Supply Chain is responsible for managing and driving ocean export sales and operations. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the international freight forwarding sector. The position requires expertise in managing export documentation, cargo tracking, and logistics coordination while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a solid background in ocean freight, including full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments, and possesses strong skills in negotiation and customer relationship management within the Karachi logistics market. This role demands an individual who is proactive in generating leads, achieving sales targets, and who is willing to work on-site and undertake customer visits as necessary.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote ocean export services.
• Manage end-to-end export processes including documentation, cargo tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate ocean freight pricing and coordinate logistics to optimize cost-efficiency and service quality.
• Generate new business leads and work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth export operations aligned with customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and shipment details for reporting purposes.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting ocean freight services.
• Conduct customer visits and on-site meetings in Karachi to strengthen client relationships and expand the customer base.
• Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries and resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline coordination and enhance service delivery.
