At Melbrew Coffee, we’re crafting more than great coffee - we’re building a brand people love across Pakistan. We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to help drive our commercial growth, strengthen our market presence, and turn opportunities into meaningful business results.

Your Daily Brew:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth across Pakistan.
• Lead sales and business development across B2B, HoReCa, retail, corporate, and other relevant channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and develop high-value accounts.
• Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, trade terms, promotions, and margin management to ensure profitable growth.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure strong commercial execution.
• Track sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in commercial management, sales, business development, FMCG, F&B, or a related industry.
• Are commercially sharp with strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Have a proven track record of delivering revenue and business growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ownership and execution matter.
