Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder & Investor based in Karachi. The Co-Founder & Investor will play a pivotal role in setting the company's strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities, securing investments, and building strong client and partner relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing marketing and sales strategies, and driving business development initiatives. Collaboration with other stakeholders to make critical business decisions and steering the operational and financial growth of the organization are key parts of this role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and business challenges
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders and articulate vision effectively
• Proven expertise in sales and marketing to drive revenue generation and build fruitful partnerships
• Provide financial investment to support company growth, marketing, hiring, and operations.
• Experience conducting thorough research and leveraging data for strategic decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of leadership and business growth
• Understanding of the IT and digital transformation domain is highly desirable
