Chat Based Executive

Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Twitch & Discord Chat-Based Sales Representatives. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers eager to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced digital environment. You will engage with potential customers through live chat on Twitch and Discord platforms, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into loyal clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build strong customer relationships while contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication skills, especially in written English.
- Ability to multitask and manage conversations on chat platforms efficiently.
- Basic understanding of Twitch and Discord platforms is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a sales-driven environment.
