About the job

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Officer to join our Certificates of Deposit team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving deposit growth, and ensuring exceptional service while adhering to compliance standards.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Manage and grow relationships with corporate and individual depositors.

Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Generate new deposits through calls, referrals, and client visits.

Support marketing with creative input and product promotion ideas.

Ensure full KYC and compliance for all clients.

Monitor market trends, rates, and competitor offerings.

Cross-sell products like Auto Lease and Commercial Vehicle Finance.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a leading financial institution.

Experience in sales, relationship management, or deposit mobilization is highly desirable.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.

Proven ability to meet sales or deposit targets.

Understanding of KYC and compliance procedures in banking/finance.

Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively in a team.
