Business Development Executive (International Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (International Sales) to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating international business through platforms like Upwork and other freelancing channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in client acquisition, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Employment Structure

• Initial 1 Month: Commission-Based (Performance Evaluation Period)
• After 1 Month: Fixed Salary + Commission (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Communicate professionally with international clients
• Write customized proposals and handle client queries
• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Male or Female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience in Upwork, Freelancer.com, Direct Outreach or similar platforms
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of digital services (web development, SEO, marketing) is a plus
