Business Development Executive-Cold Calling

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated *Cold Calling Executive* to join our team for our Mobile App campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce mobile app solutions.
• Identify customer needs and communicate relevant services effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during all client interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
