FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Auditor & Finance Professional to lead and oversee a team of multiple finance specialists in delivering accurate financial reporting and rigorous internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, regulatory compliance, and ERP systems, complemented by strong leadership abilities to manage audit planning and financial statement analysis effectively. This role requires a proactive approach in ensuring corporate compliance with financial regulations while optimizing financial processes through innovative audit management software and SAP ERP tools. Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and supervise a team of 20 finance and audit professionals to ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS.
  • Maintain and enhance internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Manage compliance activities to meet regulatory standards and support external audit processes.
  • Utilize ERP systems, including SAP ERP and specialized audit management software, to streamline audit procedures and financial reporting.
  • Interpret and apply evolving financial regulations and accounting standards to maintain compliance across all financial operations.
  • Provide continuous training and development to audit staff to strengthen their technical skills and professional expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare reports on audit findings, risk assessments, and financial compliance issues for senior management and stakeholders.
