Responsibilities
 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fund records to support overall financial integrity.
  • Prepare timely and precise Net Asset Value (NAV) reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively to maintain smooth cash flow.
  • Oversee general ledger management ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Conduct regular financial reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing reliable financial data and analysis.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to facilitate accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Address and resolve financial inquiries and discrepancies through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in managing sensitive financial information.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports required for audit purposes and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Continuously update knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
