CodeNexSys offers a 2-month paid internship program designed for motivated students and fresh graduates eager to gain practical industry experience. This opportunity allows interns to work on real projects, collaborate with professionals, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and professional environment. The internship is based onsite at North Nazimabad, Karachi, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Stipends range between PKR 20,000 and 30,000, providing financial support during the program.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will support ongoing projects and daily team activities relevant to their selected department. They will engage in practical assignments and contribute to real client or internal projects. Responsibilities include conducting research, offering creative ideas, collaborating with team members, and actively participating in discussions. Interns are expected to complete assigned tasks within deadlines, attend team meetings and learning sessions, and receive feedback to continuously improve their skills. Maintaining professional standards and confidentiality is essential throughout the internship.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should be students currently enrolled in their 3rd or final year or fresh graduates seeking practical industry exposure. A relevant educational background aligned with the chosen internship department is necessary. Candidates must have completed at least one relevant internship previously. Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills are required. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take ownership of their work. Commitment to the full 2-month duration and the ability to work onsite in Karachi during specified hours are mandatory.
