Dr Rizwan Physiotherapy Home Service is seeking a dedicated Home visit Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy care directly in patients' homes across Karachi. This role involves delivering personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs designed to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills, and must be comfortable assessing and treating patients in a home setting. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced physiotherapists, requiring a minimum of one year of practical experience in the field. In this role, the Home visit Physiotherapist will independently manage patient cases by conducting thorough mobility assessments, administering joint mobilization techniques, performing myofascial release, and implementing tailored therapeutic exercises. The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families. Working without direct team supervision, the physiotherapist will ensure timely and appropriate care to facilitate patient recovery while adhering to professional and ethical standards in home healthcare service.Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient mobility assessments to evaluate physical condition and identify functional limitations in a home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and myofascial release.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, improve mobility, and facilitate rehabilitation for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers about physical therapy techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent further injury.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting assessments, treatments administered, progress, and outcomes.
• Coordinate care by communicating with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders involved in the patient's treatment.
• Ensure all therapeutic activities comply with relevant clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines in home healthcare.
• Adapt treatment approaches dynamically based on patient response and changes in condition while maintaining a professional, compassionate approach.
• Manage time effectively to meet scheduled home visits across Karachi, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
