Job Description

BEMSOL Private Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory operations in our warehouse. The Store Keeper is responsible for overseeing the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records to support efficient supply chain management. The candidate must be proficient in using computer systems to track inventory status and coordinate with other departments. The Store Keeper will lead a team of 10 personnel, guiding and supervising their daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate handling of all inventory processes. This role demands effective team management and communication skills to maintain a productive work environment and meet operational goals. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage the receiving, inspection, and storage of all incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems and computer software.
• Coordinate dispatch of goods by organizing timely and accurate shipment preparation and delivery.
• Supervise and lead a team of 10 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs and reduce delays.
• Implement best practices in warehouse organization to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on proper handling procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, team productivity, and operational challenges for management review.
