Role Description The Security Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets. Day-to-day tasks include patrolling designated areas, checking identification and credentials, observing CCTV and alarm systems, and reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches. The role also involves responding to incidents, assisting in emergency procedures, documenting occurrences, and coordinating with management or external authorities when needed. The Security Officer will support compliance with company security policies and contribute to a secure and orderly environment.
Qualifications

 

• Candidates should possess strong observation, situational awareness, and risk assessment skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in incident reporting, record keeping, and basic computer literacy for using security systems.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement when required.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, and alarm or emergency response procedures.
• Candidates should possess the physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Relevant experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is beneficial.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, workplace security standards, and basic first aid is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional security training or certifications are a plus.
• 11 years Pak Navy, Commission Qualified.
