Job Description

This role involves overseeing construction site operations to ensure all activities adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily work practices, verifying compliance with approved procedures, and promoting a culture of safety across the site. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor construction site activities continuously to ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- Verify that all work is performed according to approved procedures and safe working practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate with site managers, supervisors, and workers to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
- Report any incidents, near misses, or unsafe behaviors promptly and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in monitoring and enforcing HSE compliance within construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to interpret and apply safety procedures and guidelines effectively.
- Excellent observational and communication skills to engage with diverse teams on site.
- Competency in conducting risk assessments and site inspections.
