Upwork Bid Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven Upwork Bid Specialist to join our team full-time at our Gulistan-e-Johar office. You'll own the entire bidding process on Upwork, from finding the right projects to writing winning proposals and closing clients.

This is a strictly office-based role on an evening/night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Browse and identify relevant Upwork projects that match our services
• Write personalized, conversion-focused proposals for each project
• Respond to client messages quickly and professionally
• Understand client briefs and loop in the right internal team members
• Track daily bids, leads, and follow-ups in a simple report
• Follow up consistently to turn leads into paid contracts
• Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding (proposals, connects, platform rules)
• Strong written English, you know how to sound human, not templated
• Familiarity with Upwork's ranking factors, job success score, and profile optimization
• Someone who tracks their numbers and takes targets seriously
• Available to work on-site, evening/night shift, full-time
