Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and nurture productive relationships with banking partners and clients to effectively promote and sell bancassurance products.
  • Apply comprehensive insurance product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s offerings.
  • Engage proactively with clients, employing strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention.
  • Manage client information and interactions efficiently using advanced customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, to improve service delivery.
  • Analyze customer data and segmentation patterns to identify new business opportunities and recommend process enhancements within bancassurance operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies to reduce operational risks associated with bancassurance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across banking and insurance departments to coordinate client-related activities and optimize the overall customer journey.
  • Implement multi-platform client communication strategies to strengthen engagement and elevate customer experience.
  • Support the continuous development and enhancement of digital tools and systems aimed at improving operational efficiency in bancassurance sales and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators regularly, applying operational and analytical skills to provide insights that inform strategic business decision-making.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry developments, insurance product updates, and regulatory changes impacting the bancassurance sector.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of customer retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value and satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress towards business goals and identify potential areas for improvement.
