Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an AWS Administrator. The AWS Administrator will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, optimizing cloud resources, implementing automated solutions, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves collaborating with development and operations teams to support a seamless cloud environment.
 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
• Experience with system monitoring tools, performance optimization strategies, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
• Familiarity with network configurations such as VPCs, security groups, and load balancing
• Strong understanding of system security, including firewalls, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; AWS certification is highly desirable
