Job Title: Upwork/Bark Bidder
Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Working Hours: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Mon–Sat)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork/Bark Bidder to identify potential clients, generate leads, and secure projects through effective bidding strategies. The ideal candidate should be able to manage both platforms efficiently and convert opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Bark
• Write compelling and customized proposals
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork and/or Bark
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Ability to handle both platforms (Upwork & Bark) effectively
• Good understanding of sales and client acquisition
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Self-motivated and target-driven
