Area Sales Manager

Hamdard Pakistan is seeking a Area Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead a team of TSM's and Order Bookers. The role focuses on driving sales growth through effective strategies, managing distribution channels, and ensuring product availability for the medicine Category.

Responsibilities

• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets for Medicine products.
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies.
• Lead and supervise Territory Managers / Order Bookers.
• Monitor team performance, conduct field visits, and provide training.
• Ensure product availability and efficient distributor operations.
• Implement trade promotions and maintain market visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely recovery of payments and manage distributor profitability.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and maintain ethical standards.
