This role requires a strategic thinker with at least four years of experience in medical device sales, preferably with a background in IV cannula, infusion therapy, surgical disposables, or hospital consumables. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics. They will spearhead customer relationship management, lead tendering processes, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to promote products effectively and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Business, or Marketing with healthcare experience and demonstrates strong capabilities in market intelligence and competitive analysis. This position demands excellent communication and leadership skills to manage the sales team and coordinate with procurement departments, nursing staff, and critical care units to expand market presence. The Sales Manager at ASTO Life Sciences will also be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, developing pricing strategies, and supporting clinical product evaluations and trials to maintain strong clinical engagement and market leadership.
