Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales growth within the corporate sector by identifying new business opportunities and building strong, long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer data effectively. This position requires a self-driven individual who can work independently and in collaboration with internal teams to meet and exceed sales goals. In this role, the Corporate Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives, conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, and preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts. The candidate will actively engage with prospective clients, present product offerings, and negotiate agreements to secure new contracts. Although this position does not involve team management responsibilities, it demands strong business development skills and an ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and B2B sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective corporate clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Generate accurate sales reports, forecasts, and comprehensive market analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and analyze customer data for improved sales outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to finalize contracts and agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development initiatives to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach while also contributing effectively as part of the broader sales team.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry practices, sales techniques, and product offerings to remain competitive and informed.
