Upwork and Freelancer Bidder

Intrawide Pvt. Ltd., located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Upwork & Freelancer Bidder to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business by submitting high-quality proposals and effectively communicating with potential clients on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. This role requires a motivated individual who can identify opportunities, engage clients, and secure projects to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Write clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals to attract potential clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and follow up on submitted proposals.
- Generate leads and maintain ongoing client relationships to increase project acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align proposals accordingly.
- Track bidding activities and outcomes to optimize strategies for future submissions.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up persistently, and successfully secure projects.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or graphic design is advantageous but not mandatory.
