Sales Executive - Retail

E-Lite is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Karachi Malir. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory reconciliation and supporting overall store operations. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing cash handling processes, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively are essential. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a solid understanding of retail trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all inventory reconciliation processes until completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth targets.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address customer problems or concerns.
- Stay informed about current retail trends and understand customer preferences to enhance sales efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar sales or retail role.
- Proven experience in a supervisory capacity, such as Assistant Branch Manager or a comparable position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Good understanding of store operations and daily retail activities.
- Educational background of Intermediate or a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
