What You Will Do

As our Training Officer, you will coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of effective learning, development, and organizational initiatives. Your key areas of impact will include:

• Conduct job evaluation and training need analysis surveys, identify performance gaps, and build comprehensive quarterly and annual training programs.
• Design and facilitate monthly formal onboarding sessions and coordinate product, process training and group orientations.
• Prepare and deliver training courses, run content dry runs with internal teams, and recruit expert external trainers when needed.
• Maintain and upload critical training analytics and data onto the company platform.
• Conduct weekly market and distribution visits to gather employee feedback, assess the working environment, and address training-related grievances.
• Track employee career progress, manage the production of training materials, and plan organization-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
• Directly interface with key stakeholders and clients to present project insights and training feedback.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelors or MBA in Human Resources.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an HR environment, including field training exposure.
• Technical Skills: Excellent Google Suite, Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI and creative content design is highly preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong training delivery, project management, and persuasive/selling skills .
• Communication: Confident with well-developed oral and written communication skills with a groomed personality.
