CareHub is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support onboarding, training, and performance development for healthcare support teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees.
  • Train staff on SOPs, healthcare workflows, systems, and communication standards.
  • Develop and update training materials and documentation.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching during the onboarding period.
  • Partner with QA and Operations teams to address performance gaps through targeted training.
  • Track training completion and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support the use of digital learning and workflow guidance tools.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, training, or workforce development.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, patient communication standards, and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, coaching, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance trends and implement effective training solutions.
