The Director of Education at Sardar Group of Companies leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive educational excellence, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals. The Director manages a team of 20 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovative teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and educational research. This position demands at least 15 years of experience in education leadership and a Master or PhD degree in a relevant field, underpinning the ability to make informed decisions based on industry standards and academic best practices.
In this leadership role, the Director of Education oversees budget planning, cost management, and resource allocation to optimize educational outcomes. The individual collaborates with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience, integrate emerging technologies, and maintain compliance with educational regulations. Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate and guide the team, ensuring that educational initiatives meet quality standards and contribute to the organization's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of 20 education professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure the integration of innovative teaching methods.
- Manage the education department budget, including cost management and allocation of resources effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance educational programs and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and educational regulations.
- Evaluate educational program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Promote professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize research and data to inform decision-making and drive educational excellence.
- Lead initiatives to integrate technology and digital tools to enrich the learning environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to educational outcomes and program success.
- Develop and implement educational strategies, academic policies, and institutional growth plans.
- Provide strong leadership for schools, colleges, and educational projects to ensure high academic standards and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory bodies, accreditation standards, and educational policies related to schools and colleges.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant education regulatory authorities and government departments.
- Lead the planning, development, and successful launching of new school systems / educational institutions.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in educational management, academic administration, or senior leadership roles within reputed educational institutions.
- Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities.
