AI Marketing Associate

About the job

We are looking for an AI Marketing Associate to help build and scale the marketing systems behind a fast-growing EdTech company.

This is not a traditional social media or content marketing role, so make sure to READ THE JD!

You will work directly with the CEO to design, implement, and improve AI-powered marketing workflows, content production systems, automations, reporting dashboards, and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining marketing, technology, automation, and AI to solve problems and build scalable systems.

You will help create the infrastructure that allows a small team to produce the output of a much larger marketing department.

• Key Responsibilities
• AI & Automation
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows
• Create and optimize prompts for various marketing use cases
• Design automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Research and test emerging AI tools and technologies
• Develop SOPs for AI-assisted marketing operations
• Content Systems
• Build systems for generating static content, videos, ad creatives, and educational content
• Assist in creating content pipelines for social media, advertising, and branding
• Manage content databases, prompt libraries, and creative asset repositories
• Coordinate content production workflows
• Marketing Operations
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems
• Organize campaign data and performance tracking
• Support media buying and campaign optimization efforts
• Improve lead management and marketing processes
• Research & Innovation
• Stay updated on AI, marketing, and automation trends
• Evaluate new tools and platforms
• Recommend process improvements and workflow optimizations
• Document findings and create implementation plans
• Required Skills
• Strong interest in AI and automation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
