Telesales Officer
Responsible for retaining, deepening, cross selling and growing the business with COD customers. This position is responsible for prioritizing customer opportunities, focusing attention on accounts with greatest opportunity and likelihood of success, creating contacts, monitoring contractual compliance, and answering customer questions.
Job Description:
Developing new Business and Retaining existing client base through telephonic Sales.
Educate customers about client’s products and grow business by deepening and cross selling.
Handle and resolve customer ongoing business and invoices queries / complaints.
Maintain relationship with customers by assisting them and acting as their advocate in resolving business issues. (E.g. claim, damages etc.)
Follow-up on Sales Leads identified in customer calls and provided by Senior Management to close prospective sales.
Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Collection, Billing, and Operation to address customer needs / requirements in order to increase Sales revenue and to secure payment within the established timeline.
Experience & requirements
Minimum Bachelors / MBA (Fresh Graduates may apply)
No experience required but preferably 1 year in Sales / Business Development
Good verbal & written communication skills
