Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive
Salary: 50K-70K
Department: Customer Service
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Route complex issues to appropriate internal departments for resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by meeting personal and departmental KPIs.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre, telecom, or service-oriented company.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, helpdesk software, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries and work in rotational shifts.
