Customer Experience Associate

In this role you will be responsible for managing customer queries, and complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.


Your key deliverables will be to:
Handling queries and complaints via social media, live chat, and emails, ensuring promptness and accuracy
Updating tickets in the CRM system, with accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
Utilising the CRM system efficiently to track and manage customer interactions and resolutions
Staying updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices
Escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to processes or systems to prevent future occurrences
Having a strong command of written communication is a must


Qualification: Bachelors preferably in a related field
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service/Customer Support
