About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist new customers with onboarding, setup, and training.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Understand client needs and recommend solutions to enhance product usage.
Ensure customer satisfaction and high product adoption rates.
Identify upsell opportunities and customer success milestones.
Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and best practices.
Proactively manage customer accounts to drive renewals and minimize churn.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Prior experience in Customer Success, Customer Support.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly in-office, partly remote).
Must be based in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.
