About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, calls, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Present and explain products/services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in field/outdoor sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.

Job Timings

• 10am to 7pm (Mon to Sat)

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
