Job Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with campaign-generated leads
• Clearly explain company products and services to potential customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Requirements:

• more than 2 years of experience in telesales or lead conversion
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to manage customer objections effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience in the renewable/solar industry is a strong advantage

Education

Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
