About the Role

We’re looking for an Automations & Integrations Specialist who loves building systems, solving technical puzzles, and making tools work together seamlessly.

This role is the backbone of our technical operations. You’ll manage Go HighLevel sub-accounts, build powerful automations, connect platforms like CRMs, WordPress, and ad tools, and design AI-driven workflows that help our teams move faster and smarter.

If you enjoy troubleshooting complex workflows, optimizing systems, and building automations that actually make a difference, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Daily

• Troubleshoot Go HighLevel workflows, forms, templates, and CRM syncs.
• Fix integration issues in Zapier and API-based connections.
• Respond to internal technical requests (within 2 hours for non-urgent).
• Track tasks and time in ClickUp.

Weekly

• Create Go HighLevel sub-accounts & dashboards
• Connect CRMs via Zapier, n8n, Make, or APIs
• Submit and monitor A2P verification
• Configure Google Sheets integrations
• Build new automations for client and internal workflows.
• Support the Production team with technical tasks outside SOPs.

Monthly

• Audit accounts and clean up offboarded clients.
• Report metrics and system health.
• Test and implement new AI tools and automations.

As Needed

• Build custom API integrations.
• Create ClickUp automations.
• Train teammates on automation tools.
• Support QA checks.

• Continuous improvements through AI and automation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

• From $2,000/month (based on experience)

Schedule (Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Time):

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EDT
