We are hiring a HR Intern / Junior HR Executive for PayOn to support hiring operations, candidate coordination, and daily HR tasks.
This role is ideal for someone organized, professional, and confident in communication, with basic knowledge of recruitment and office tools.
Responsibilities
• Assist in hiring and recruitment processes
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and HR documents
• Prepare reports using Excel / Google Sheets
• Draft letters, documents, and notices in MS Word
• Manage daily HR communication and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and employee coordination
• Handle assigned admin and HR tasks professionally
Requirements (Essential)
• Good communication skills (English + Urdu)
• Basic knowledge of HR / recruitment processes
• Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Organized and detail-oriented personality
• Professional attitude and learning mindset
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates on calls
Nice to Have
• Prior HR internship or office experience
• Experience using LinkedIn or job portals
• Knowledge of attendance or employee record management
Work Policy
We operate in a virtual office environment.
During working hours, candidates may be required to keep camera on for meetings, coordination, and productivity monitoring.
