Supply Chain / Procurement Manager – Furniture (Italian Boutique Brand)

Full job description

Only person will apply who has experience in Karachi and Lahore local market factories to Italian boutique furnitures.

We are a growing furniture brand (Brio’s Furniture) specializing in Italian boutique-style luxury furniture including sofas, dining tables, marble tables, and custom interior pieces. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain / Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end factory sourcing and production coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage furniture factories in Karachi & Lahore
• Develop strong vendor network for wood, upholstery, marble, and metal work
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production costs
• Convert product designs into factory execution
• Ensure quality control and premium finishing standards
• Coordinate daily with workshops and suppliers
• Manage delivery timelines for customer orders
• Maintain cost sheets and profit margin structure
• Build long-term supply chain system for the brand

Requirements:

• Proven experience in furniture manufacturing / sourcing / procurement
• Strong knowledge of Karachi & Lahore furniture factory market
• Experience dealing with custom / luxury / boutique furniture (preferred Italian-style)
• Ability to handle multiple vendors (wood, sofa, marble, polish)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage production end-to-end

Preferred Experience:

• Furniture industry: 2–5 years minimum
• Experience with custom-made furniture production
• Existing factory/vendor connections compulsory.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
