The role does not include team management responsibilities but involves close coordination with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making. The Associate Financial Analyst at ASTO Life Sciences actively contributes to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This includes preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conducting in-depth analyses of profitability, costs, revenue, and financial trends, and supporting the creation of management presentations and dashboards. The role demands proficiency in financial software tools such as ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities to streamline reporting and forecast models, ensuring that the companys financial strategies are based on comprehensive and accurate data analysis.
Responsibilities
 

• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports reflecting the companys financial status.
• Assist in developing and refining budgeting and forecasting models to support organizational planning.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual financial results with budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of management presentations and dashboards, ensuring clarity and accuracy of financial data.
• Analyze profitability, cost structures, revenue streams, and financial trends to inform business decisions.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize ERP software to extract, analyze, and report financial information effectively.
