D Educationist is seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Student Counselor to provide expert guidance and support to students interested in pursuing their education overseas. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in student counseling and educational program knowledge, and has a comprehensive understanding of admissions processes and career counseling techniques. This role involves interacting directly with students, helping them explore study abroad options, and facilitating their application and admission procedures to international educational institutions. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in study abroad student counseling and demonstrate an empathetic and supportive approach to addressing student needs and concerns. The Study Abroad Student Counselor at D Educationist plays a vital role in curriculum development related to overseas educational programs and ensures students receive accurate and personalized advice on course selections and career pathways. This position requires excellent customer relationship management skills to build trust and maintain ongoing communication with prospective students and their families. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires collaboration with multiple departments to provide a seamless student experience throughout their study abroad journey.
Responsibilities
 

• Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, including course selection, university applications, and visa procedures.
• Guide students through the admissions process for international educational institutions, ensuring timely and accurate submission of necessary documents.
• Assess student profiles and educational backgrounds to recommend suitable academic programs and study destinations abroad.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global educational trends, scholarship options, and visa requirements to offer informed advice.
• Develop and deliver informational sessions and workshops to educate students and parents on overseas study options and application strategies.
• Support students in identifying potential career paths aligned with their academic interests and guide them in developing realistic educational goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to improve counseling processes and student outreach initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions, application progress, and feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
• Respond promptly to student inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the study abroad application and enrollment period.
• Contribute to the development and updating of curriculum materials and informational resources tailored to study abroad programs.
