Tecno Group is seeking a skilled Bike Technician with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the maintenance, repair, and assembly of bicycles, ensuring all components operate at peak performance. This role involves hands-on work using various diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues quickly and effectively. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of all bikes serviced or assembled, working closely with the rest of the team to uphold the companys high standards. As a Bike Technician, you do not manage a team but play a crucial role in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting colleagues where necessary. Your focus will be on using specialized tools such as torque wrenches and multimeters for precise adjustments and testing. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of bike mechanics are essential for success in this position at Tecno Group.
Responsibilities
 

• Perform diagnostic testing using specialized tools to detect faults and component issues on bicycles.
• Conduct component replacement and repair tasks, including brakes, gears, tires, and electrical parts.
• Assemble new bicycles from components, ensuring proper installation and adjustment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use torque wrenches to tighten bolts and components to recommended torque settings to ensure safety and performance.
• Perform electrical system testing using multimeters to assess voltage, continuity, and proper calibration.
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic and measuring equipment regularly to ensure accurate readings.
• Inspect bicycles thoroughly to identify potential issues and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately to maintain service records and support warranty processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize service turnaround times and share technical knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies to provide a safe working environment
