Job Type: Full Time, Office Based / Onsite

Days Monday to Saturday

Timing: You can apply for morning or afternoon shifts:

• Morning: 11 am to 8 pm
• Afternoon: 2 pm to 11 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media activities on multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X
• Create posts using AI tools and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally
• Plan and execute social media ad campaigns
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing team for content creation
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms

Requirements:

• Graduate to Masters
• 3+ years of experience in social media management in an office based environment in a full time role in a big brand or fast paced agency.
• Experience of managing multiple clients, brands, pages, communities
• Good command on AI tools and using them for social media
• Good command on creating graphics and reels using ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, etc
• Advanced level command on Meta Business Suite
• Advanced level command on Meta Ads
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
