Position Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to independently manage the Company’s social media presence, create engaging digital content, and strengthen brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, photography, video shooting, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and short-form content
• Handle photography and video shooting for events, employee activities, and corporate initiatives
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and supporting content
• Monitor social media trends and improve engagement and content performance
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams to promote Company culture, events, and achievements
• Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports
• Ensure content aligns with the Company’s brand image and communication standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms and developing platform-specific content
• Good photography and video-shooting skills
• Hand on experience on Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar digital editing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and content skills
• Good understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements within deadlines
