Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Karachi Division. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media platforms, and monitoring analytics to ensure consistent engagement. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader brand goals and ensuring consistent use of branding across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook & Instagram advertising.
• Strong understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Meta advertising policies and ability to keep up with policy/platform changes.
• Practical experience with campaign testing, audience strategy, retargeting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical and reporting ability.
• Ability to connect marketing activity with actual leads, customers and sales.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook organic marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
