B2B Lead Generation Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a skilled professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in generating qualified international B2B leads through both organic and paid channels. This full-time role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team focused on driving business growth by connecting with key decision-makers across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital lead generation, campaign management, and prospect research, with a keen ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms to support business development efforts.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize paid lead-generation campaigns to maximize return on investment and improve conversion rates.
- Identify target companies and key decision-makers such as Buyers, Procurement Managers, Importers, and Business Owners to ensure outreach is focused and effective.
- Conduct thorough prospect research, initiate outreach, follow up consistently, and qualify leads to maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, demonstrating success in both organic and paid channels.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Facebook/Meta Ads platforms, along with organic outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation and sales intelligence platforms is highly advantageous.
- Strong research capabilities, excellent targeting skills, and the ability to analyze campaign data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects professionally and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within B2B marketplaces, import/export sectors, manufacturing industries, or international business environments is preferred, as it will enhance understanding of the target audience and market dynamics.
