The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Senior Project Manager Enterprise (VP)

Reporting to:

Wing Head Enterprise Project Management

Educational / Professional Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and /or Graduation with a Masters degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of experience in IT Project Management, out of which at least 03 years of experience in managing IT projects, related to banking applications

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical
  audiences at various levels within the Bank, including executives, management, and
  individual contributors
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects within the Bank, ensuring
  alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance and Banks Project
  Management Framework
• To lead collaboration with stakeholders to articulate comprehensive project
  requirements, identifying constraints, risks, and assumptions to define project
  deliverables
• To lead creation of essential project documentation, including work breakdown
  structures, project organization charts, communication plans, risk plans, and cost /
  resource plans
• To lead and ensure projects and programs adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  parameters, while maintaining high-quality standards
• To supervise monitoring and tracking of project progress to guarantee alignment with established goals and objectives
• To lead in fostering effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• To supervise implementation of risk management strategies, addressing potential issues proactively and ensuring project success
• To lead the development and maintain a project schedule, identify critical milestones and dependencies to facilitate successful project execution
• To collaborate with team members to resolve challenges, make informed decisions, and drive the project to successful completion
• To continuously assess and optimize project processes for efficiency and effectiveness To supervise provisioning of regular project status updates and reports to key stake holders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
• To supervise the management of scope during the project and collaboratively adjust it, where necessary
• To oversee the management of projects, program issues and risks to mitigate the impact to baseline
• To supervise the delivery of clear, timely, appropriate, and relevant communication of project progress, financials, and risks / issues to stakeholders and to supervisor(s)
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Banks Policy / rules.
