Finance Manager

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate holds an ACCA or CMA part qualification and brings 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a preference for 3 years within the NGO sector. This role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, fund accounting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and donor requirements. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing grant budgets, tax filings, and establishing strong internal control systems to promote financial integrity and regulatory adherence. Proficiency in QuickBooks or ERP systems, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Pakistani tax laws is essential. This position requires excellent analytical capabilities combined with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external auditors. While this role does not currently involve managing a team, it demands leadership qualities to coordinate effectively and contribute to continuous financial process enhancements. The successful candidate will help safeguard the organization's financial health by enforcing rigorous risk management and cost-control strategies.
Responsibilities
 

• Oversee and manage all financial operations including accounting procedures, budgeting processes, and financial planning to ensure organizational financial stability and accuracy.
• Develop and implement effective financial reporting models to produce timely and accurate financial statements.
• Administer and monitor grant budgets ensuring compliance with donor requirements and funding guidelines to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare, review, and submit statutory tax returns and liaison for PCP renewals in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish, review, and enforce internal financial controls and risk management frameworks to maintain organizational financial integrity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align financial processes with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
• Monitor organizational expenses and implement cost-control measures for efficient financial management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and NGO funding requirements to provide strategic advice.
• Use financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle Financial Reporting tools to enhance financial data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast budgetary needs, and support strategic financial decision-making.
