About the job

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp Finance Leader to bring financial clarity, discipline and scale across a growing portfolio of companies, subsidiaries, SPVs and projects. This is not a reporting-only CFO role. You’ll build the systems, controls and financial visibility that enable the CEO and Board to make faster, better decisions - while playing a foundational role in building the Group’s next phase of growth.

For the right person, this is more than a CFO position - it’s an opportunity to join us as a Co-Founder and help build the business from the inside out.

YOUR MANDATE:

Build - One Group-wide finance architecture, reporting system and high-performance finance team.

Control - Cash, working capital, profitability, budgets, controls, tax, audit and risk.

Scale - Funding, ERP/automation, project finance, capital allocation and financial strategy.

⚙️ Systems - ERP, automation & finance transformation

🛡️ Controls - Governance, risk, tax & audit

👥 Team - Build and lead Group Finance

🧠 Strategy - Partner with CEO, Chairman & Board

30 DAYS: DIAGNOSE

Know the Group: cash, debt, receivables, payables, taxes, audits, projects, people and risks.

60 DAYS: STANDARDIZE

One reporting framework. Clear controls. Budgets. Cash visibility. Company & project profitability.

90 DAYS: IMPLEMENT

Success = Financial Clarity

WHAT YOU ARE:

• Bachelors in Finance & Accounts or equivalent - CFA preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in senior finance leadership
• Strong multi-company / Group finance experience
• Proven cash-flow, consolidation, budgeting & controls expertise
• Strong ERP / finance-tech capability
• Commercial, analytical and hands-on
• High integrity - willing to challenge when necessary
