Cashier

Location: DHA, Karachi.
Shifts: Work in rotational shifts (Morning & Evening), including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions.
• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and vouchers in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, prices, and promotions.
• Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Report cash shortages, discrepancies, or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Support store operations and inventory-related activities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
