We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (6–8 Years Experience) to join our team in Karachi, playing a key role in designing, building, and scaling high-impact systems across our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and building scalable applications that support real business growth. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership across frontend, backend, APIs, and distributed systems while helping drive engineering excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services

- Build and optimize robust APIs and distributed systems

- Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making across products and platforms

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Lead development initiatives and ensure high-quality technical execution

- Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices

- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and development workflows

- Work across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of full stack software development experience

- Strong experience with .NET Core and backend service development

- Strong working knowledge of Angular and modern frontend development

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs

- Experience working with API Gateway

- Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

- Experience contributing to technical leadership, mentoring, or team collaboration initiatives

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with AI-ready systems or AI-integrated APIs

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

- Experience working in insurance, fintech, or enterprise-scale platforms
