Role Description

What You’ll Do

• Build with AI: Use Claude to write and fix code so you can focus on the big picture instead of the small details.
• Fast-Track Ideas: Use Replit and Antigravity to turn a simple idea into a working app in hours.
• Master the Prompt: Write smart instructions (prompts) to help AI solve tricky problems and handle boring tasks.
• Plan the Future: Help us figure out how AI "agents" can help our business run better and faster.
• Review & Improve: Check the AI's work to make sure everything is safe, fast, and works perfectly for users.
• Be the AI Expert: Show the rest of the company how cool AI tools can be and help everyone start using them.

Requirements

• Study: A background in Software Engineering or a related field.
• AI Savvy: You are great at Prompt Engineering and know your way around Claude.
• The Right Tools: You are comfortable using Replit and Antigravity to build and launch projects.
• Coding Basics: You know your way around languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Problem Solver: You enjoy taking a messy business problem and figuring out how an AI can solve it.
• Speed: You prefer building a "quick and smart" version today over a "perfect and slow" version next month.
